SIGMA One ASI is a private Alternative Investment Fund operating in the form of an Alternative Investment Company ASI, based on an entry in the Register of Alternative Investment Companies of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under number 416.
Sigma One ASI conducts investment activities on regulated capital markets of the world, with particular emphasis on investments in commodities, including: energy, agricultural, industrial and precious metals markets. Investments also include stocks, bonds, currencies and other funds.
Sigma One ASI is one of the first alternative funds in Poland, investing in wide range of financial instruments on many markets, which enables the creation of effective investment portfolios, their appropriate diversification, and above all, the use of many investment opportunities for the benefit of investors.
Commodity markets are one of the most important elements of the global economic system. The interests of many producers, processors and traders coincide, and the daily turnover often exceeds that in some of the equity markets. Raw materials such as crude oil and natural gas are considered to be strategic materials – “energy for the world”. Wheat, corn, rapeseeds, soybeans are the basis of the global food system, and copper, silver and platinum are the foundations for the electronics industry. Commodity markets are also an area of high activity of many recognized global investment funds.
Sigma One ASI is a fund that brings together investors interested in new investment opportunities apart from investments in traditional mutual funds and bank deposits, focused on increasing the value of invested capital in the medium term, i.e. three to five years.
The Sigma One ASI strategy is included in the definition of an ABSOLUT RETURN fund, i.e. a strategy characteristic for various hedge funds. It does not focus on mapping stock market benchmarks but uses wider investment opportunities to achieve higher rates of return.

Sigm One ASI in accordance with Art. 8a of the Act of 27 May 2004 on investment funds and management of alternative investment funds (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1535), is an alternative investment company operating in the form of a limited joint-stock partnership, as externally managed ASI .
The general partner and managing director of Sigma One ASI is Altum Capital Sp. o.o. based in Gdynia.
The activities of Sigma One ASI are regulated by the Act on funds and investment and management of alternative investment companies – Journal of Laws No. 2022, item 1535 of 27 May 2004.
The sole object of Sigma One ASI’s activity is collecting assets from professional investors in order to invest them in the interests of these investors in accordance with the adopted ASI Investment Policy and Strategy.
Sigma One ASI investments are characterized by investment risk, which means that the value of ASI assets per share may be subject to periodic fluctuations. Regardless of the risk management methods used by ASI, it should be taken into account that the ASI investment goal may not be achieved within a given period or may be postponed. Investing also carries a fundamental risk of losing, at least, some of the funds invested.
